Hi North Yorkshire Moors Railway in the 1990s the trains only ran from Grosmont to Pickering but not all the way to Whitby and Pickering station has no train shed roof over the tracks so I was wondering if you people at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway can ask everyone about the steam trains at the North Yorkshire moors railway running round the coaches at Grosmont railway station but not at Whitby and please can you also ask the builders to take the train shed roof off at Pickering railway station and I would like the steam trains to run from Grosmont to Pickering but not from Whitby to Pickering and please can you ask the builders to remove the train shed roof at Pickering station just like in the 1990s if you could

Good video from the legend Piglet . But we never got to see how the lovely Sarah , did on the footplate .

When I visited from 100 miles away, last year, they set fire to their own lineside and then left people stranded at Grosmont for 4 hours, before rescue back to Pickering. 😭

He’s an absolute genius, and very nice in real life. I hope his career continues long into the future and that he inspires more people to join the NYMR.

It is such a shame they have priced them selves out of the market.

Hey Piglet my dad and I are big steam enthusiasts and we loved watching you on Channel Five’s tv show Steaming Around Britain the Big Steam Adventure with John Sargent and Peter Davison we have been to the NYR before but we haven’t been along the whole length of the railway up to Whitby so hopefully next time we will get visit again in the future and we would love to meet you and all the volunteers keep up with the great work you all do an amazing job of keeping Steam alive for future generations to enjoy 👍❤️🚂

I'm 25 and I've been coming to this railway and Pickering every single year ever since I was born, NYMR will always be my favourite heritage line with thanks to my parents discovering the area, my favourite memory will always be travelling 60007 from Pickering to Grosmont then Grosmont to Whitby with Repton
